At Elvie Lifestyle, your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we’re here to make it easy for you.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Innerwear or accessories
- Customized or altered products
- Items purchased under Final Sale or promotional offers
- Products returned without original tags or in used condition
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@elvielifestyle.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your:
- Order ID
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos (in case of defects or wrong item)
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item – return shipping is FREE
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are offered as:
- Bank Transfer/UPI (on request, for prepaid orders only)
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or color of the same item only
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive the returned item
- One free exchange per order is allowed
Damaged or Wrong Product?

- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
